Two governments formed by Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) over the past fifteen years have addressed the housing needs of the public and shown positive results, says MP Ali Niyaz, MDP – Hulhumale’ Constituency.
According to Niyaz who heads the Decentralization Committee of the People’s Majlis, the Legislative Assembly, “housing is always placed on top of MDP’s manifesto”.
He also said that MDP’s governments have executed their housing pledges and policies with positive results.
“Two governments formed by MDP have shown positive results. People should prioritize on electing MDP into office”, Niyaz tweeted.
MDP is now in an alliance with Maldives Development Alliance and Adhaalath Party, to contest in the presidential race whose first round is scheduled to be held on September 9.
