Ministry of National Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure has awarded the implementation of Lh. Naifaru Land Reclamation and Shore Protection Project to the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC).
The MoU for the project was signed today by COO Shahid Hussain Moosa on behalf of MTCC, and Ms. Fathimath Shaana Farooq, DG, signed on behalf of the Ministry.
The scope of work of the Naifaru Land Reclamation and Shore Protection Project includes 20.95 hectares of reclamation operations, 359m revetment, 1600m low crested breakwater, and 180m groyne.
The value of the project is MVR 141.29 million.
