Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef initiated the Aséria Homes & Townhouses project with a groundbreaking ceremony held this evening in Hulhumalé Phase 2. The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has contracted Batch Construction Private Limited to undertake the construction of this upscale residential project on a 19,746.88 square meter plot.

Situated at the northeastern tip of Hulhumalé Island's second phase, the Aséria Homes & Townhouses will offer three distinct types of residences: 37 units of Beach Dwellings, 14 units of Garden Dwellings, and 22 units of Urban Dwellings.

This ambitious project aims to enhance the residential landscape of Hulhumalé with its diverse housing options, catering to a variety of lifestyle preferences. The Aséria Homes & Townhouses are designed to provide luxurious and comfortable living spaces, contributing to the ongoing development and urbanization of Hulhumalé.

The project is slated for completion within a three-year timeframe, marking a significant milestone in the urban development of the area. The initiative reflects the government's commitment to expanding housing infrastructure and providing high-quality living standards for its residents.
