In celebration of Republic Day, Minister of Dhivehi Language, Culture, and Heritage Adam Naseer praised President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu for realizing the long-standing dream of a true republic in the Maldives.
Speaking at an event held at Dharubaaruge, Minister Naseer reflected on the aspirations of the Maldivian people in the 20th century, emphasizing their desire for a government that embodies the collective will and active participation of the people in decision-making and national development. He stated that this dream is taking shape under President Muizzu’s leadership, commending the President's transparency and commitment to the nation.
The Minister highlighted that while the Maldives has experienced various forms of governance throughout its history, the sincerity and dedication of the current administration have paved the way for meaningful progress and prosperity.
"Our President has made the dream of the twentieth century a reality," he declared, expressing optimism for the nation's future under President Muizzu’s guidance.
