US Secretary of State and White House National Security Advisor has pledged to support India as it battles the latest spike in the number of Covid infections.

Both officials shared the concerns about the recent surge in Covid-19 cases in India.

"The U.S. is deeply concerned by the severe COVID outbreak in India. We are working around the clock to deploy more supplies and support to our friends and partners in India as they bravely battle this pandemic," said Jake Sullivan, White House National Security Advisor.

Furthermore, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken stated that the US is working closely with it's partners in the Indian government, to deploy additional support to the people of India and India's health care heroe.

The White House spokesperson also confirmed that the US was planning to quickly deploy additional support to Indian government.
