President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has sent a message of condolence addressed to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, following the passing of the country's Prime Minister, His Royal Highness the late Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
The President's message read that on behalf of the Government and the people of the Maldives, and on his own behalf, he offers deepest condolences following the passing of His Royal Highness the late Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The President also stated that His Royal Highness’s long and eventful tenure will be fondly remembered by the people of Bahrain and the global community, in light of the late Prince’s able statesmanship and skilled diplomacy.
