The Parliament has invited foreign media to cover the swearing-in ceremony of President-elect Dr. Mohamed Muizzu.
According to a Parliament announcement, the opportunity to attend the swearing-in ceremony is open to all foreign media. Foreign media outlets interested in covering the ceremony are asked to submit their applications to the Parliament by October 31, the announcement said.
Foreign media outlets wishing to cover the ceremony will be provided with visas and other permits by the parliament, the announcement said. However, the expenses of food and accommodation of foreign journalists should be covered at the media's own expense, the parliament said.
