Today, Minister of Foreign Affairs Moosa Zameer engaged in a productive discussion with the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, reaffirming the deepening ties between the Maldives and Qatar.

Reflecting on the burgeoning partnership between the two nations, Minister Zameer expressed gratitude for Qatar's unwavering support in the socio-economic development of the Maldives. Acknowledging Qatar's generous assistance, Minister Zameer underscored the importance of continued collaboration to foster mutual growth and prosperity.

The meeting served as a platform to reaffirm the commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation across various sectors. Both ministers reiterated their dedication to strengthening the existing ties and exploring new avenues for cooperation that would benefit both countries.
